Baccano!

Oh yeah, a great anime created by a great writter, Ryohgo Narita. The story looks dificult to understand, but that's why this anime rocks so much, every episode it's going clear and better.
The actions scenes are awesome, as always, animated by Bones Studio!

Avatar: The Last Airbender

I don't really need to say much about this one. The story could look cliche, but it's not. Actually, it's full of interesting myths and ideias about life and the way to live respecting other lifes.

Most parts of the animation are made in a korean studio, but I don't know the name. That's why it looks so japanese styled. The action and fighting scenes are awesome by the way.

Angel Heart - on holding

A young Taiwanese professional assassin codenamed "Glass Heart" committed suicide by jumping off a building, and her heart was pierced by a metal fence. Miraculously, her life was saved by heart transplantation. During her recovery she began to experience strange dreams, which led her to Japan looking for the donor of her heart, who happens to be Kaori Makimura, former partner of C.H.

I can't say much about the anime because I'm in the 10th episode, but it's getting even more interesting, the story is pretty neat and I'm liking this one. Great character design by the way.

Air Master

Behind the scenes of the hustle and bustle of every-day life in Tokyo, there exist many people who strive to become stronger by competing against each other in street fights. The main protagonist is Maki Aikawa, a 16 year-old high school student. A former gymnast, Maki adapts her skills to a different way of life — street fighting. The only thing that truly makes her feel alive is the rush and pressure experienced while fighting. With amazing power and grace, she fights opponent after opponent, repeatedly demonstrating the gymnastic talent that earns her her street name, "Airmaster".

Looks like a tipical shounen, and it is! The story sucks, the drawing/character design sucks as well, but the actions scenes are very well done. If you like to see a lot of fighting with a lot os movements, you'll like this one. Also, MTH is featured in the ED!!

Afro Samurai

Afro Samurai follows the life of Afro Samurai who witnessed his father (owner of the No. 1 headband) being killed by the hands of a gunslinger named Justice (owner of the No. 2 headband) while he was a child. As an adult, Afro sets off to avenge his father's death and kill Justice.

Everybody thinks that’s a american animation, but not, it’s  written and illustrated by Takashi Okazaki.
The anime itself is not that original for us who are familiarized with the shounen stories, but you got to know the manga was made in 1999, so, yeah, you know. By the way, it shows the great potencial that Gonzo Studio had, with a great animation in the action scenes.

The move is called “Afro Samurai: Resurrection” and follows basically the same premise about the anime.

Directed by: Fuminori Kizaki and Jamie Simone
Animated by Gonzo Studio
Genere: Senien / Shounen (paradoxal? No, it’s just a way to differentiate the action fights itself from the story part)
Episodes: 5

Yugo the negotiator

"Negotiation means you turn words into weapons." - these are the words of Yugo Beppu, a top Negotiator who has never lost a case. He has vowed to complete any mission he undertakes, regardless of the situation. His only weapons are "words". Yugo doesn’t kill people, nor does he threaten them with brute violence. He uses his extensive knowledge and calm judgment, and believes in the person’s true self. Following these beliefs, Yugo has accomplished numerous dangerous negotiations successfully, but things starts to change.

Written by Shuu Akana, this is a really good anime, must be seen for those who like seniens. The anime comprises the manga's first two major arcs, which fit within 13 episodes.

Directed by Seiji Kishi and Shinya Hanai
Animated by Artland and G&G Direction Studios
Genere: Senien / Psy / Investigation
